This house was about five minutes from my home, which was nice.  The customer was very pleased with her new front door.  Sooooo........close to home, happy customer, great weather to work outside; today was a great day!

Therma-Tru Front Door Installation

We installed a new front door in a house in Forest Hill this week.  The door is a simulated oak fiberglass material which the homeowner did a great job of prefinishing.

We had to cut the floor tile for the door to fit properly.

We flash the sill with metal before installing the door.

Andersen Permashield Patio Door Installation

We have installed countless Andersen Permashield Patio Doors, but rarely take pictures.  So I thought I would take a few pics of a job we did last week.  We replaced two doors in a town home in Bel Air. The new doors are very energy efficient and operate so well.  The homeowner called the next day just to tell us how happy they were with the new doors.....which made my day.

We trim the exterior with solid PVC Azek, instead of metal.  Looks nicer, doesn't it?

Andersen TW Window Replacement

Last week we replaced windows on the second floor of a Mansard style home in Bel Air.  Originally they were Andersen Permashield Narroline Windows.  We installed Andersen 400 Series Tilt-Wash Double-Hung Windows.

Geoff is starting on the second window on the east side of the house.
